Our products

Although careful measures are taken to ensure products are accurately described, we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. In rare occasions is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors any time including after you have placed an order. Be aware that colours may vary slightly from images. Different display screens can also alter the colour.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available or offered on our website are error free. Product sizing may vary by 5%.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 20 days of the date you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the goods.This includes the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place and the cost of shipping back to us.

Items returned must be as new condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. There are no returns for floor stock.

Within 3 days of receiving your returned goods, subject to confirming it is in ‘as new’ condition, a refund or store credit will be issued, less the shipping cost and any fees for using a credit card will apply.

Faults & Warranties

This does not cover minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, finish or minor imperfections.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products offered for sale on our website are subject to varying manufacturers warranties. Please check the warranty for individual items. In most cases it is 12 months against manufacturing defect.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of our control. Acts of God, Government action, shipping strikes.
